The Hamilton hotel cookery
Our cookery has been managed for 43 seasons by Nonna Maria, who made it a passion, combining the peasant tradition of Romagna with different interpretations and combinations more modern. Every thursday evenings she proposes our typical regional cookery with recipes related to her childhood and which have been passed on generation to generation; she will delight you with buffets of specialities of Romagna, main courses and piadinas combined with salty and sweet flavor. Three times per week, Nonna Maria proposes a fish-based cuisine at lunch (starters, first courses, second courses, fried food, skewers, sea food etc). To enrich and complete the main meals, starters, vegetables, snacks and side dishes are available in a large buffet.
Our breakfast will satisfy every taste: traditional bread, butter, jam and handmade cakes but also bizarre salty and sweet combinations. Our waiters are glad to wish you a good day by serving you warm baverages.
Warm beverages are served at the table by our waiters. From time immemorial, our cookery has been appreciated and esteemed by our guests: this makes us – and Nonna Maria in particular, very proud of our work!!
